Fran is a graduate of Texas A & M University. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. She was named CPA of the year while a member of the Austin Chapter of TSCPA in 1995-1996. She has been with Snow, Garrett & Company since 2001. As a Tax and Accounting professional , she handles individual, corporate, partnership, fiduciary and nonprofit taxes. Fran is a current member of AICPA, TSCPA and the Fort Worth Chapter of TSCPA. She is the mother of two sons and the wife of Bud. She attends the United Methodist Church in Aledo.
