Gary Snow
Partner
Certified Public Accountant/Personal Financial Specialist
As the founding partner of Snow, Garrett & Company, Gary has over 35 years of experience as a Certified Public Accountant. Gary holds a BBA degree from the University of Texas at Austin. His chief areas of expertise include individual, corporate and partnership taxation. He also performs governmental audits for school districts, water districts and for-profit organizations. Gary is a member of AICPA, TSCPA and the Fort Worth Chapter of TSCPA.
He is an active participant of the Weatherford Noon Lion’s Club. The Snow family is very active members of Grace Presbyterian Church. Gary enjoys spending time with his family and tending cattle at his family ranch.

Wayne Garrett
Partner
Certified Public Accountant/Personal Finacial Specialist
Certified Financial Planner®
Wayne is one of the founding partners of Snow, Garrett & Company. He has worked extensively in most areas of service provided by the firm. Prior to helping start the firm, he was a supervisor with one of the largest CPA firms in the state. He currently works with individuals and small businesses in tax preparation and planning along with providing general oversight in the accounting and tax areas of the firm. He has received numerous awards for his achievements as a Certified Financial Planning Practioner. Wayne is a member of AICPA, TSCPA, the Fort Worth Chapter of TSCPA, the Financial Planning Association, and the DFW Chapter of the Financial Planning Association.
Wayne is also very active in community service including holding leadership positions in the Chamber of Commerce, Lion’s Club, and the Weatherford ISD Education Foundation. The Garrett Family actively attends North Side Baptist Church.

Kathy P. Williams
Partner
Certified Public Accountant
Kathy is a partner at Snow, Garrett & Company. Her areas of expertise include audits of local governments, non-profit organizations and small businesses. She is also involved in the preparation of individual, corporate, as well as non-profit information returns. Kathy brings over 19 years of experience to Snow, Garrett & Company. Previous to Snow, Garrett & Company, Kathy worked with Ernst & Young in Dallas for 2 years and she has a BBA in Accounting for Texas A & M University. Her professional memberships include AICPA, TSCPA and the Fort Worth Chapter of TSCPA.
Kathy is a member of Weatherford Noon Lion’s Club, Austin Elementary PTA and serves as treasurer for the Weatherford Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. Kathy enjoys spending time with her family, reading and traveling.
Becky Salazar
Certified Public Accountant
Becky has been with Snow, Garrett & Company since 1999. As both an Auditor and an Accountant, she provides services to a varied client base with a special concentration on audits for schools, counties and non-profit organizations. Before joining Snow, Garrett & Company, Becky served as an Assistant Auditor for Parker County. She holds a BBA from Tarleton State University.
Becky enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Brandon Garrett
Wealth Advisor, LPL Registered Representative
Brandon’s duties at Snow, Garrett & Company include investment analysis and portfolio management,
financial planning research and preparation, and income and estate tax planning. His core research interests include investment selection and strategies, behavioral finance, pro bono financial planning, special needs planning, and retirement income planning
He graduated Magna Cum Laude and top of his class with a Bachelor of Science degree in Personal
Financial Planning from Texas Tech University. Brandon received the “2009-2010 Excellence in Financial Education” award from the Society of Financial Service Professionals and Texas Tech University.
Throughout college Brandon worked for a large national financial planning firm as a planning specialist and was responsible for the preparation of financial planning and investment analysis material for 20+ senior
financial advisors. Brandon is currently a candidate for the CFP® designation; he passed the CFP Board
exam in July of 2010 and is currently fulfilling work experience requirements before he is eligible to use the designation. Brandon holds the Series 7 and Series 66 security licenses as well as a Texas Life and Health Insurance license. Brandon plans to sit for the prestigious CFA designation in 2012. He is a member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA) and the Society of Financial Service Professionals (FSP).
During his free time, Brandon enjoys cooking on his BBQ smoker, hunting, fishing, writing, and training his birddog Tucker. Brandon and his wife, Audra and son, Jayton are active members of North Side Baptist Church
Brenda Frazier
Professional Staff
Brenda joined Snow, Garrett & Company during the summer of 2008 after gaining a solid level of experience with an Arizona firm. Brenda graduated from Tarleton State University with a BBA in Accounting.
Brenda enjoys outdoor activities including horseback riding and she loves being close to family and friends and spending time with them.
Carla Dugan
Investment Client Services
Carla joined Snow, Garrett & Company in the beginning of 2009. Carla has experience in customer service and has excellent administrative skills. Carla works as the firms Documents Specialist and handles the scanning and document management in the Investment Department. She has an Associate’s degree from Weatherford College.
Carla loves spending time with her family, going shopping with her two girls, reading and being active at her church. Carla and her family are members at Center Point Baptist Church.

Carlynn Messer
Quickbooks ProAdvisor /Client Services
Carlynn has been with Snow, Garrett & Company since 2001. Previous to Snow, Garrett & Company, Carlynn worked as the Business Administrator for Acton United Methodist Church. Carlynn has a BA in Accounting. Her specialties include QuickBooks, Monthly Reports and Payroll Reports. Carlynn also has experience as an Investment Assistant and Auditor.
Carlynn is very involved with her family and is a member of the Lord’s Acre Committee.

Casey Mitchell
Certified Public Accountant
Casey joined Snow, Garrett & Company in 2008. Casey works with some of our more involved tax cases and services individuals, non-profit organizations and small businesses. His background includes over a decade of experience working with a large Fort Worth firm and a few years as a chief financial officer of a mid-size home construction company. He is a graduate of University of North Texas with a Bachelors and Master of Science in Accounting. Casey is a member of AICPA, TSCPA and the Fort Worth Chapter TSCPA.
Casey and his family are actively involved in church and he is very involved in his children’s activities. He is an avid sports fan, and plays with an indoor soccer league.

Debbie Sears
Client Services
Debbie has been with Snow, Garrett and Company since 2005. She helps in both tax and investment areas as well as firm billings. Her job is to be sure that various service needs of the firm’s clients are met with that extra touch and smile.
Debbie enjoys spending time with her family, reading, exercising and attending her children’s sporting events. Debbie and her family are active members of Willow Park Baptist Church.

Dinah Wren
Receptionist
Dinah has been with Snow, Garrett & Company since 1991. Her primary goal is to make everyone feel welcomed when they come into the office or call. Dinah’s responsibilities include: greeting clients, scheduling appointments, assisting client inquiries, directing phone calls and filing. Dinah attended Weatherford Junior College.
She is a member of the Kangaroo Softball Booster Club as well as supportive of various school and athletic events. Dinah and her family are active members of Victory Baptist Church.

Fran Trussell
Certified Public Accountant
Fran is a graduate of Texas A & M University. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. She was named CPA of the year while a member of the Austin Chapter of TSCPA in 1995-1996. She has been with Snow, Garrett & Company since 2001. As a Tax and Accounting professional, she handles individual, corporate, partnership, fiduciary and nonprofit taxes. Fran is a current member of AICPA, TSCPA and the Fort Worth Chapter of TSCPA.
Fran and her husband, Bud have two sons.. She attends the United Methodist Church in Aledo and is a proud supporter of the Aledo Bearcat Band.

Gaylyn Mendoza
Certified Public Accountant/Manager
Gaylyn has been with Snow, Garrett & Company since 1995. She is a manager whose specialties include audits of local governments, non-profit and for-profit organizations. She is experienced in corporate tax and non-profit information returns. Previous to Snow, Garrett & Company, Gaylyn worked as an Auditor for a Big 5 CPA firm. Gaylyn graduated from Texas Wesleyan University with a BBA in Accounting. She is a member of AICPA, TSCPA and the Fort Worth Chapter of TSCPA.
Gaylyn enjoys time with her family, attending her children’s sports events, and volunteering at St. Peter’s Catholic School, where her children attend.

Heather Horne
Investment Client Services
Heather joined Snow, Garrett & Company in the beginning of 2009. Heather’s background is in International Business consisting of purchasing, inventory and quality control. She is looking forward to working with our firm’s clients and working in the investment department.
Heather enjoys spending time with friends and family, travelling, and chasing cows with her horses.

Jen Anderson
Investment Client Services
Jen joined the firm in the beginning of 2008. Prior to joining Snow, Garrett & Company, Jen worked in the escrow/title and real estate industry for 15 years in the Northwest, including most recently an escrow branch manager. Jen is available to provide close follow up and service to our clients and to provide that unexpected extra touch. She works throughout the firm with attention to meeting clients’ expectations and concentrates most of her attention to the firm’s investment clients and assisting the partners with special projects and marketing.
Jen is very involved with her family, which includes her husband, their two daughters and her little sisters. Her main objectives are meeting new people and making them smile.

Jenny London
Professional Staff
Jenny joined the Snow, Garret and Company staff in September, 2010. She graduated with honors from The University of Texas at Tyler in May of 2010 with a BBA in Accounting. She works in both audit and tax, and plans to complete her MBA and get her C.P.A. license.
Jenny enjoys spending time with her husband and family, reading and playing games. She attends South Main Church of Christ and is an active member.

Jenny Miller
Senior Certified Public Accountant
Jenny joined Snow, Garrett & Company in 2005. Her areas of expertise include school district, government and non-profit audits as well as preparation of individual, partnership and corporate tax returns. She holds a BBA and MBA from Angelo State University. Previous to Snow, Garrett & Company, Jenny spent 7 years at Squyres, Johnson, Squyres & Co. located in Tyler, TX . She is a member of AICPA, TSCPA, and the Fort Worth Chapter of TSCPA.
Jenny is an active member of her community. Jenny enjoys being outdoors, reading and spending time with her children and family. The Miller family attends Acton United Methodist Church.

Joy Hudson
Client Services
Joy has been with Snow, Garrett & Company since 1981. As a Bookkeeper and a member of the support staff, her duties include monthly compilations, payroll reports, sales tax reports and the electronic submission of tax returns. Joy holds an AA in Office Administration from Weatherford College.
Joy is a member of the Noon Lion’s Club and the Parker County United Way Board. She is also a member of North Side Baptist Church where she teaches 1st grade Sunday School.

Judd Duncan
Professional Staff
A recent member to the Snow, Garrett & Co. family, Judd joined the firm in October of 2008. His past work experience includes five years working with for the Bass family in Fort Worth. He graduated from Baylor University in the summer of 2002 with a BBA in Accounting.
Upon moving to the Weatherford area in 2004, Judd and his family have become active participants at North Side Baptist Church, where he enjoys teaching Sunday school to the high school juniors and seniors. Judd’s hobbies include fellowship time with his two children, playing golf, and relaxing with friends. He looks forward to meeting the clients and friends of Snow, Garrett & Company.

Lindsey Kennimer
Certified Public Accountant
Lindsey has been with Snow, Garrett & Company since 2005. Her areas of expertise include school district, government and non-profit audits as well as preparation of individual, partnership and corporate tax returns. Lindsey graduated from UTA in 2007 with a BBA in Accounting. She is a member of AICPA, TSCPA and the Fort Worth Chapter of TSCPA and will be serving on the United Way Board in April of 2010.
Lindsey enjoys spending time with her family and attends First Baptist Church of Weatherford.

Liz Stewart
Certified Public Accountant
Liz has been with Snow, Garrett & Company since 1988. Her areas of expertise include: individual, corporate, partnership, trust and estate tax returns. She provides clients with advisory services specific to accounting such as tax planning, financial statements, QuickBooks and payroll reporting. She holds a BBA in accounting from UT Arlington. She is a member of AICPA, TSCPA and the Fort Worth Chapter of TSCPA.
Liz is an active member of her community. She is proud to support Habitat for Humanity and is a member of Acton United Methodist Church.

Marnita Langford
Office Manager/Client Services
Marnita has been with Snow, Garrett & Company since 1989. She is a graduate of Weatherford College and holds an AA degree in Business. Marnita’s primary area of expertise is Client Services and Bookkeeping. She assists clients with QuickBooks and processes monthly financial statements for bookkeeping clients. Marnita also handles firm administration and processes quarterly payroll and sales tax reports.
Marnita enjoys spending time with her family and two sons. She is an active member of the Children’s Ministry program at First Baptist Church Dennis.
Mary Morgan
Certified Public Accountant
Mary joined the firm in October 2009. She is an audit senior whose specialties include audits of local governments, non-profit and for-profit organizations. Prior to joining Snow, Garrett & Company, Mary worked for a Big 4 CPA firm as an external auditor. She is a graduate of University of North Texas with a Bachelors and Master of Science in Accounting. Mary is a member of AICPA.
Mary is very involved with her family, which includes her husband, son and daughter.

Robert Lambert
Certified Public Accountant
Robert joined Snow, Garrett & Company in 2008. His areas of expertise include audits of local governments and non-profit organizations as well as preparation of individual, partnership and corporate tax returns. Prior to Snow, Garrett & Company, Robert worked as an Auditor for a Big 5 CPA firm and as a Hedge Fund Accountant for a large private equity company. Robert is a graduate of the University of North Texas with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting.
He enjoys spending time with his family, most outdoor activities and is an avid sports fan.

Tony Adams
Investment Client Services
Tony joined the firm in July 2011. He has been in the financial services industry for over 10 years. Prior to joining Snow, Garrett, & Company, Tony worked at the LPL Financial Home Office Operations in San Diego, CA, as an advisory accounts specialist and through LPL Service360 supported our firm’s investment operations.
A native of Belton, Texas, Tony served in the United States Navy for 11 years as an Operations Specialist, specializing in radio broadcasting. He is a 2005 graduate of Jones College in Jacksonville with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
Paralleling his financial services career, Tony is a former sports broadcaster and radio producer in Jacksonville, FL for nine years. He has worked with WBWL- AM 600, WOKV AM-690, and several sports organizations in the area, including covering the NFL’s Jacksonville Jaguars for Sportsnetwork.com. Working in conjunction with Jacksonville University, he has also served on three NCAA Basketball March Madness Tournament Media Services Committees, and is active with TheMajors.net, a sports radio website based out of Detroit and making frequent on-air appearances.
